Dixie Baseball Academy will provide a safe, supervised environment for instruction, but assumes no liability for personal injury, nor loss or damage to player's personal property. Medical insurance is the responsibility of each individual player or legal guardian of same as Dixie Baseball Academy does not provide such coverage. The parties further agree to abide by all rules and policies of the camp, clinic or other said events and understand that failure to do so may cause removal from the camp, clinic or other said events. The undersigned parties acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with this type of sports activity and recognize the possibility of injury when pitching, batting and fielding baseballs as well as the risk of injury from equipment including: bats, balls, and pitching machines which may be present.
